About The Position
Performs a variety of lab experiments which require competency with standard scientific techniques and equipment in disciplines such as cell biology, molecular biology, animal husbandry, and pathology/microscopy. Work requires practical and basic theoretical knowledge to perform these techniques and to modify them as needed, in consultation with the principal investigator or designee. Competency in standard methods of analysis of the results is expected. Grant-Funded-Position
Requirements
- This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a natural, physical or medical science.

Responsibilities
- Helps maintain murine colony
- Performs experiments that contribute publication quality data for ongoing studies
- Supports general lab maintenance and compliance
- Maintains records of laboratory techniques, observations, findings, and results
