The CU-MESA Research Services Program Manager supports the mission of the CU Medical Education Scholarship Accelerator (CU-MESA) by managing research operations, providing methodological and analytic expertise, and supporting educational scholarship across the School of Medicine. This role independently manages multiple concurrent projects, collaborates closely with faculty, trainees, and institutional partners, and ensures high-quality data collection, analysis, and dissemination. The position emphasizes consultation, project tracking, and applied statistical analysis in support of medical education research and scholarly program evaluation. The CU-MESA Research Services Program Manager works at the intersection of research operations, data analysis, and program support. The role involves close collaboration with faculty, residents, students, the Professional Research Assistant (PRA), IRB staff, and advisory committees. Responsibilities include supporting the full lifecycle of medical education scholarship projects—from concept development and study design through data collection, analysis, and dissemination—while maintaining systems that allow leadership to monitor project progress and outcomes.
