This position offers a flexible 40-hour work week, allowing you to engage in a variety of projects and collaborate with stakeholders at different levels. The role includes regular local travel to courts, partner agencies, and agency sites, along with minimal travel outside the local area for meetings, trainings, or conferences. Grantsmanship Gain experience in the grants life cycle. This includes grant notice of funding opportunity reviews, application writing and development, and grant award implementation and administration. Court and Client Engagement: Gain experience in court functions by attending weekly local court sessions to observe programming, interact with court stakeholders, and engage with court participants. This includes conducting standardized interviews with court participants and synthesize findings into reports for funders and stakeholders. Professional Development Gain experience in presenting information to diverse stakeholders, opportunity to attend different trainings and conferences in related fields, membership to academic and professional associations. Data Science Gain experience in developing and implementing data capture techniques, analyzing data, and creating visualizations. This encompasses collecting both qualitative and quantitative data, managing databases, understanding logic models, mastering data analysis methods and software, and producing and distributing reports. Research and Evaluation Gain experience in developing and implementing research projects, explore new research avenues and create protocols, enhance skills in statistical analysis, and refine techniques for both qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis.
