He or she would also perform research assistance by processing biological samples, performing experiments, and managing and analyzing data. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • PLUS two (2) years of related laboratory or research experience preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a laboratory or clinical research environment and basic knowledge of laboratory procedures and data management are also preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Process and prepare biological specimens for laboratory analysis.
  • Perform laboratory experiments and procedures following established research protocols.
  • Maintain laboratory equipment, supplies, and inventory.
  • Collect, record, and maintain accurate research data and documentation.
  • Assist with data analysis and preparation of reports or presentations.
  • Maintain organized research records, including experiment logs and protocol documentation.
  • Ensure research activities comply with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), federal regulations, sponsor requirements, and institutional policies.
  • Follow laboratory safety standards and assist with protocol documentation.
  • Coordinate research activities, including scheduling experiments and organizing materials.
  • Assist with preparation of study materials, reports, and research publications.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
