The Admissions Reservationist obtains and confirms seating accommodations for guest and complies reports of transactions in a professional manner by performing the following duties. Essential Job Functions: Dependability, good attendance, and occasional overtime required. May be required to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as scheduled. Have the ability to accomplish a multitude of duties as assigned Accepts incoming calls from reservations line (by second ring) and accurately completes seating reservations in a timely and professional manner. Confirms all reservation details at the end of each call. Accurately enters reservations and customer information into McKinney system during each call. Executes phone script checklist in a friendly, professional manner; ensures all information is provided to customers as required. Reviews and balances nightly job duties to insure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness. Generates various reports and monies/credit card charge information to the night auditor as required. Coordinates with other departments for updated information to insure the flow of daily activities and special events information is communicated to callers accurately. QualificationsEducation & Training: High School diploma or GED At least 6 months of telecommunications experience required. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Microsoft Word, Excel and Access a plus. Good written and verbal communications. Customer Service experience a MUST. Bilingual skills is a plus. Must be a team player, able to communicate fluently in English. Able to follow instructions. Training: Responsible Training Licenses/Certifications/Other: Must be able to pass a background check and receive a license or permit from any Regulatory Agency, if applicable to perform the essential job functions.
