About The Position

CoCo Key Hotel and Water Resort is a family-friendly hotel with 392 spacious guest rooms and a one-of-a-kind 54,000 sq. ft. canopy-covered/outdoor water park located on Orlando's iconic International Drive. Along with exhilarating water slides and refreshing swimming pools, our International Drive hotel is home to a 6,500 sq. ft. arcade, two restaurants, an on-site convenience store, fitness center and more. We are seeking a service-oriented and highly organized Reservation Agent to join our Rooms Division team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in creating smooth and positive booking experiences for our guests while supporting overall hotel revenue goals. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Experience in hospitality, reservations, front desk, or customer service preferred
  • Familiarity with hotel reservation platforms is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

  • Answer guest reservation inquiries by phone, email, and online platforms promptly and professionally
  • Accurately enter and manage bookings in the hotel’s Property Management System (PMS)
  • Coordinate with the Revenue and Sales teams on room availability, rates, and group blocks
  • Liaise with Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Sales teams to ensure special requests and guest needs are communicated and fulfilled
  • Track and manage daily arrivals, modifications, cancellations, and no-shows to reduce lost revenue
  • Support occupancy and booking trend reports by updating data and assisting with basic analysis
  • Offer upsell options and promote hotel amenities, packages, and local attractions to enhance guest stays
  • Stay informed about hotel features, seasonal promotions, and area events to better assist guests
