About The Position

As a Reservations Agent, you will be the first point of contact for many of our guests. You play a key role in creating memorable experiences by providing accurate information, personalized service, and seamless booking support that reflects the Four Seasons standard of luxury and care.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • A passion for hospitality and delivering luxury service
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort using reservation systems and basic computer applications

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in hospitality, reservations, or customer service (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Handle guest reservations via phone, email, and online channels in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide detailed information about room types, rates, packages, and hotel amenities
  • Identify guest preferences and personalize reservations whenever possible
  • Accurately enter and maintain reservation details in the system
  • Upsell rooms, packages, and services while enhancing the guest experience
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met
  • Resolve guest inquiries or concerns with efficiency and empathy
