The Residence Supervisor for Hope House on Crotona Park (HHCP) is responsible for the direct supervision and support of floor counselors and for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed, and recovery-oriented residential services to justice-involved individuals living with Serious Mental Illness (SMI) and charged with felony-level crimes. The Residence Supervisor reports directly to the Program Director and plays a critical role in maintaining a safe, therapeutic, and structured residential environment consistent with the Work-Ordered Day model of Hope House. The Residence Supervisor ensures that all residential services are delivered in accordance with the resident’s treatment plan, HHCP policies and procedures, and the conditions of the Court-approved plea agreement. The Residence Supervisor is a licensed clinician (LCSW, LMHC, or equivalent qualified mental health professional) with supervisory experience who provides clinical guidance and leadership to the residential team. This includes supporting staff in identifying, documenting, and responding to resident symptomology, conducting risk assessments and crisis interventions, and assuming direct clinical roles when necessary.
