Responsibilities

Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional, concierge‑level service
Ensure the residence operates with world‑class precision, consistency, and sophistication
Oversee maintenance, housekeeping, and vendor relationships with luxury‑brand attention
Manage budgets, reporting, and occupancy with a strategic, detail‑driven approach
Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, offering discreet, intuitive support
Curate and coordinate upscale resident events and bespoke experiences
Maintain property standards that reflect elegance, comfort, and impeccable taste
Act as a cultural connector for The Knox, leveraging deep ties within Dallas’ arts, culinary, and social scene to design and execute distinctive, locally inspired homeowner events and lifestyle programming
