The Neurology Department Program Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the operation of medical education for the residency program for College of Medicine by providing administrative, organizational, and operational support. This individual will work closely with the Program Director, faculty, residents, and other staff members to ensure the program runs efficiently and effectively. The program coordinator will be responsible for maintaining accreditation and board requirements of residents and fellows, managing calendars and monitoring work hours to ensure compliance with residency and program requirements, onboarding new residents, supporting the evaluation process, credential verification, and assisting with the overall program setup. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience with healthcare and be proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel.
