Requirements
- Resident Assistant or CNA certification (or willingness to obtain)
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- CPR & First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
- Compassionate, dependable, team-first mindset
Nice To Haves
- Healthcare, hospitality, or service experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility)
- Support residents during meals and daily routines
- Respond promptly and compassionately to resident needs
- Observe and report changes in resident condition
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Help keep resident rooms and common areas clean and comfortable
- Promote resident dignity, safety, and independence
