About The Position

Aramark SeniorLIFE+ is seeking an experienced Resident Dining Manager to oversee healthcare dining operations at Asbury Bethany Village, a premier senior living community in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. This role focuses primarily on dining services supporting residents in assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing environments. The Resident Dining Manager is responsible for ensuring residents receive safe, nutritious, and high-quality meals delivered with dignity and hospitality. This position works closely with culinary leadership, healthcare teams, and dining staff to maintain strong operational standards while meeting dietary and regulatory requirements common in senior living and healthcare dining environments. The ideal candidate brings experience in senior living dining, healthcare food service, or clinical dining operations and has a passion for serving residents while leading teams in a highly service-focused environment.

Requirements

  • Experience in healthcare dining, senior living dining, or institutional food service
  • Experience supervising dining or food service staff
  • Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams and culinary leadership
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Strong understanding of food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and HACCP

  • Experience working in assisted living, skilled nursing, hospital, or healthcare dining environments preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily dining operations supporting assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing residents
  • Ensure meals are delivered in accordance with dietary guidelines, nutritional standards, and resident care needs
  • Maintain strong coordination between culinary teams, nursing staff, and dining service teams
  • Monitor meal service to ensure residents receive meals accurately, safely, and on time
  • Supervise and support dining associates responsible for healthcare dining services
  • Assist with staffing, scheduling, training, and daily team leadership
  • Reinforce hospitality standards that promote dignity, respect, and comfort for residents
  • Provide coaching and support to ensure consistent service quality
  • Maintain a welcoming and respectful dining environment for residents
  • Respond to resident feedback and assist with service recovery when needed
  • Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to support resident satisfaction and nutritional needs
  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and HACCP guidelines
  • Maintain compliance with senior living and healthcare dining regulations
  • Support documentation and quality assurance processes as required
  • Assist with inventory, supply management, and food production coordination
  • Support dining leadership with operational planning and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records related to meal service, sanitation, and operational procedures
