About The Position

Our Intensive In-Home (IIH) program offers a comprehensive clinical experience for Residents in Counseling and Supervisees in Social Work. You’ll also have opportunities to provide outpatient therapy and community-based services for adults and families, building a well-rounded clinical skill set . Flexible Full-Time Schedule Full-time status = 105 hours/month (~24–26 hours/week) Allows clinicians to maintain work-life balance while receiving full benefits Typical sessions: afternoons and evenings Flexibility to structure your weekly schedule around client needs

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
  • Eligible for Resident in Counseling or Supervisee in Social Work in Virginia
  • Valid driver’s license with minimum 1 year clean driving history
  • Availability for afternoon/evening appointments
  • Commitment to community-based services

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, family, and community-based therapy
  • Support youth and families in achieving treatment goals
  • Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Engage caregivers, schools, and other treatment professionals
  • Participate in regular supervision and case consultation
  • Maintain timely documentation
  • Ensure clients have access to 24/7 crisis support
  • Compass provides referral and scheduling support to help clinicians build and maintain a consistent caseload
