The Resident Services Coordinator (RSC) supports daily operations, service coordination, and resident experience. This role ensures residents receive safe, person-centered support while maintaining compliance with Evolve Senior Living standards and state requirements. The RSC partners with residents, families, and internal teams to coordinate services, support engagement, and maintain a secure, structured environment for individuals living with cognitive impairment.
