About the position
The Residential Technician is responsible for the accurate and efficient fabrication and assembly of Residential ERV units and accessories. This full-time role supports team efforts to improve lead times and ensure high-quality products for RenewAire customers. Responsibilities
- Assemble units accurately and efficiently within lead times and job hours.
- Maintain high quality by inspecting work and following procedures.
- Use tools effectively and apply job knowledge throughout the build.
- Communicate professionally and work cooperatively with the team.
- Take initiative to solve problems and suggest process improvements.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
- Be punctual, reliable, and present during scheduled work hours.
Requirements
- Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Requires 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Requires basic computer skills.
- Requires mathematical skills to add, subtract, multiply, divide, and to read measurements in inches and feet.
- The ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
