About The Position

Promise Care is looking for a full-time Residential Care Coordinator in a 126 bed facility. The candidates will work to help provide quality resident care by assuring residents’ safety, physical, emotional, spiritual, and medical needs are met using excellent leadership and customer service skills. Responsibilities

  • Work alongside the DOC and administrator
  • monitor daily work assignments for completion and accuracy
  • provide training and direction to all staff in accordance with facility policy
  • administer medications
  • obtain weights and vital signs
  • face checks and other protective oversight measures to ensure resident safety
  • assist with personal care needs
  • chart
  • interact with residents and address their needs and desires
  • report changes in resident's health and behavior
  • coordinate resident's care needs with providers and outside resources
  • on call, staffing, and scheduling
