Requirements

Be bilingual in Spanish and English: Strong Spanish-speaking skills are required; basic English reading and writing skills are needed (fluency not required).
Have relevant experience: At least 6 months of of supervisory experience.
Have Relevant experience: At least 3 years of professional cleaning experience
Be team-oriented: Have a great personality and work well with others.
Have a strong work ethic: Be reliable and motivated.
Bring leadership skills: Ability to train, coach, and motivate a team.
