Lookout Pest Control is hiring a driven, competitive Sales Consultant to grow our Charleston market. This is a $40,000 base salary + uncapped commission role with a clear path to $100K+ for high performers. Requirements
- Sales experience with measurable KPIs (required)
- Confidence closing in person
- Self-motivation and strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in the field and inspect properties (including crawl spaces)

Responsibilities
- Close warm inbound leads (INB)
- Generate new business through canvassing, referrals, networking, and partnerships
- Conduct property inspections and present customized solutions
- Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, HOAs, and local businesses
- Partner with technicians and inside sales to maximize opportunities
- Hit and exceed monthly revenue targets
