About The Position

We are seeking a Residential Director to be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the residential department, ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality residential services. This role focuses on leadership, operations, staff supervision, communication and program coordination. Schedule is Mon-Friday 12 PM to 8 PM with flexibility outside this schedule based upon programmatic needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education, Psychology, Social Work, or Guidance and Counseling or related field, with proof of education prior to employment
• At least 2 years of leadership experience required
• Experience with residential treatment and developmentally disabled individuals.
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid Driver's License
• Must pass background checks and drug screen
• Ability to lift 40 lbs., kneel/bend for extended periods, and respond quickly in emergencies.
• TB skin test required upon hire

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the daily functioning of all residential houses and floors
• Providing leadership and vision for the residential department
• Overseeing staffing patterns, scheduling, and coverage to meet program needs.
• Manageing hiring, onboarding, training coordination, performance feedback, and employee counseling.
• Supporting professional growth and accountability of all residential staff.
