This position is ideal for an electrician who is comfortable running service calls independently and providing excellent customer service to homeowners. Requirements

• 3–5 years of residential electrical experience
• Ability to run service calls independently with minimal training
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to manage time and service calls efficiently
• use ServiceTitan

Responsibilities

• Respond to residential electrical service calls throughout the Raleigh, NC service area
• Diagnose electrical issues and provide solutions for homeowners
• Perform repairs, installations, and upgrades in residential homes
• Communicate clearly with customers about services and recommendations
• Maintain a clean and organized service truck
• Complete service documentation and invoices as required
• Participate in occasional team meetings and training sessions
