About The Position

Christian Brothers Flooring & Interiors is hiring driven, high-performance Sales Design Consultants who thrive in a face-to-face residential sales environment. This role is ideal for competitive professionals who enjoy helping homeowners improve their spaces while earning exceptional income. This is a true in-home sales position where you will meet with homeowners, present flooring solutions using our curated sample kits, and guide them through selecting the right products for their needs. You will manage the entire sales process—from consultation and measurement to proposal and closing—during the scheduled visit. For motivated consultants, this position offers a genuine six-figure earning opportunity with uncapped commission potential. Pay range is Commission Based with potential to $65k - $100k+ yearly

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners for scheduled in-home consultations
• Measure project areas and assess customer needs
• Present flooring products and design options using company-provided sample kits
• Prepare pricing estimates and explain available financing programs
• Secure signed agreements during the consultation
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth project experience
