Residential Garbage Truck Driver – Pinellas Hauling (Clearwater, FL) Starting Pay: $26 per hour Location: Clearwater, FL Company: Waste Connections Waste Connections is looking for individuals who have a passion for driving, value career growth, and live our #1 Value: Safety! We are currently hiring a Residential Garbage Truck Driver to join our Pinellas Hauling team in Clearwater, FL. POSITION SUMMARY In this role, you will: Operate a residential garbage truck on a designated route Perform regular heavy lifting and climb in and out of the truck throughout your shift Serve customers safely, efficiently, and courteously Work full‑time, year‑round A typical schedule is Monday–Saturday, averaging 50–55 hours per week This is a great opportunity to join a stable industry and build a long-term career with a company committed to safety and growth.

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A or B
• Minimum 2 years of work experience with a stable work history (driver experience preferred)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Reliable, safety‑focused, and customer‑service oriented
