About The Position

The Residential Investment Real Estate Advisor represents buyers and sellers in residential and small multifamily transactions with a focus on investment-oriented properties. This role is suited for licensed professionals who are comfortable working in a production-based, commission-only environment.
Requirements
- Active Ohio real estate license (required)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to operate independently in a performance-driven environment

Responsibilities
- Represent clients in residential and investment property transactions
- Identify and evaluate potential acquisition opportunities
