Requirements

  • Two years experience in activity programming preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Possess or obtain a valid PA Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
  • Strong desire to work with the senior population
  • Strong interpersonal skills with awareness for dignity, respect, compassion and safety

Responsibilities

  • Planning, implementation, and evaluation of residential living activity programming
  • Respond to resident requests and preferences; monitor attendance and involvement
  • Plan entertainment, small group activities, special events, and travel opportunities
  • Maintain residential living directory
  • Serve on special planning committees as needed
