About The Position

We take a person-centered approach to serving those with interpersonal, emotional, psychiatric, social, family or educational issues. We create a tailored plan of treatment based on specific goals of the resident. While the RTF is on the cutting edge for resident safety and well-being, it is also designed to be home-like in a therapeutic environment. Note, the term “home-like”, not “like home”.
