About The Position

As a Residential Mentor, you will provide supervision, instruction and guidance as needed to Endeavor Living Participant in their home, to provide for household management and to complete required documentation of services. Essential Job responsibilities: Provide support to participants Assist during meal times Assist individuals in all aspects of maintaining their homes Monitor medication and co mplete required documentation Provide safe transportation of participants Plan and supervise outings and r ecreational activities Here is an example of what the schedule may look like. Week 1 Sunday- 8:00 am-8:00 am Monday- OFF Tuesday - OFF Wednesday- OFF Thursday- 3:00 pm-8:00 am Friday- OFF Saturday- 4:00 pm-8:00 am Week 2 Sunday- OFF Monday- OFF Tuesday- 3:00 pm-8:00 am Wednesday- 3:00 pm- 8:00 am Thursday OFF Friday – OFF Saturday – OFF Week 3 Sunday- OFF Monday- 3:00 pm-8:00 am Tuesday- OFF Wednesday- OFF Thursday- OFF Friday- 4:00 pm-through Saturday 4:00 pm (24 hour shift) D enotes essential functions of the position. Requirements

Possess current and valid driver's license and auto insurance, and maintain a good driving record.
Possess personal vehicle in order to transport for the position.
High School diploma or GED
Ability to meet employment requirements (i.e. health screening, Driving Record, TB test)
