Requirements
Currently enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
Completed sophomore year required.
Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills.
Strong organization skills with attention to detail and prioritization.
Experience with Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support and successfully complete assigned tasks and projects.
Provide excellent customer service support, including interaction with residents as well as internal and external parties
Maintain and prepare various status reports and track payments, inventory, permits, maintenance schedules and inspections.
Work with web-based operation and financial software programs.
Obtain knowledge to comply with all company, local, state and federal safety regulation (i.e., Department of Health, Department of Building, etc); prepare documentation to file for extension to correct disputes or resolve violations and file certifications of completion.
