The Residential team enriches the daily life of adults with IDD. Our staff develop and oversee a variety of residential settings and provide support and training to assist adults with IDD in practicing life skills and building confidence. FRIENDS believes in empowering Host Home Providers, Family Care Givers and direct care staff so that they can provide customized support to the individuals in their care. The Residential Coordinator is responsible for a variety of duties related to the overall wellbeing and independence of adults with a wide range of abilities. The staff also help ensure that people are living in safe and respectful homes and get the support they need to have a healthy and active lifestyle.
