About The Position

We’ve partnered with a regional utility company to deliver energy-waste reduction programs, installing items such as lightbulbs, thermostats, faucet aerators, showerheads, and pipe insulation. The selected candidate will travel from home to customer sites on a set route, conduct basic quality checks on installations, and occasionally observe field technicians during customer assessments.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • 21+ with clean valid Drivers license.
  • This is a safety-sensitive position and may include field work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes), warehouse work, or requires driving on behalf of the company.
  • Individuals provided a conditional offer of employment for this position must successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record.
  • Applicants for driving positions must hold a valid driver's license, and individuals provided a conditional offer of employment must successfully pass a drug test and maintain a clean driving record as an ongoing requirement for continued employment.
  • Successful candidates will be located in Lansing, MI.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located without the need for employer sponsorship or support.
  • Successful hires must pass pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to conduct quality assurance reviews involving on-site verifications of items in the field and electronic review of field data entered into the program databases.
  • Provide technical advice & guidance to our customers on the items that were installed in accordance with client specifications.
  • Provide input and status updates to program staff regarding project scope, planning and effectiveness of products.
  • Provide technical expertise to identify, analyze and resolve issues.
  • Travel throughout a defined territory.
