TAK Broadband is a leading end-to-end U.S. fiber broadband network construction contractor operating in 42 states. TAK’s ecosystem of partners allows it to successfully complete every project starting from the first point of conception. This includes engineering teams, distributors, and more than 100 qualified construction crews with extensive experience across all ISP types and markets; over 300 experienced bury drop crews; and more than 700 professional technicians. We are seeking a traveling Sales Associate to join our Sales team. In this role you will be traveling to various markets throughout all of our markets and selling residential products and services door-to-door. While there, you will be canvassing different neighborhoods in that territory, door knocking and selling internet, TV, and phone services to residences in that area. This is a 100% commission paid role where you are paid for every product line sold!

Responsibilities

  • Travel to various markets within the US and canvass assigned neighborhoods in that territory to go door-to-door to introduce them to client products and services available to them
  • Earn commissions on each product line sold - uncapped potential
  • Engage with potential customers by reaching out to prospects through door-to-door visits, networking, and referrals to inform them about voice, data, and television services within your assigned territory
  • Accurately record and submit daily sales orders, agreements, third-party verifications, and reports to your supervisor, following company guidelines
  • Manage customer relationships from the initial sale through installation and conducting follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction post-installation

  • Self-motivated and driven, ambitious, and always looking for ways to improve
  • You are a people-person who loves talking to new people and making connections
  • Goal-oriented and thrives on hitting targets and love the thrill of closing a deal
  • Ability to stay organized and follow up on potential customer contacts
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, striving to provide best-in-class customer service and have great communication skills
  • Must have access to reliable transportation and be able to travel to assigned territory
  • Must provide a valid government-issued photo ID for verification; a driver’s license is required if the role involves driving
  • Passing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)
