bluefrog Plumbing + Drain of the Main Line is building a new plumbing service team in the western Philadelphia suburbs and is looking for ambitious, experienced, and growth-minded technicians. You will receive regular coaching and support, have access to technical and soft skill training, and be encouraged to continually develop your craft. As one of the first technicians on the team, you will have the opportunity to help shape how the company grows and operates. What You'll Do • Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues • Install and service fixtures, water heaters, and plumbing systems • Explain repair options clearly to homeowners • Complete work efficiently and professionally • Maintain a clean and organized truck and work area • Use ServiceTitan for job management and invoicing What We're Looking For • 3+ years of residential plumbing experience • Strong troubleshooting ability • Good communication with customers • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record • Ability to work independently and take pride in your work Journeyman license is a plus but not required.
