Requirements
- 2+ years of residential plumbing experience, including service calls
- Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet sales goals and KPIs with a customer-first approach
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Professionalism, reliability, and commitment to safety
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Responsibilities
- Perform residential plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations
- Diagnose plumbing issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide accurate solutions
- Educate homeowners on their plumbing systems and guide service decisions
- Present repair, replacement, and upgrade options professionally
- Ensure all work meets industry standards, safety protocols, and local plumbing codes
- Build strong customer relationships through professionalism, communication, and integrity
- Maintain clean work areas and manage tools, equipment, and company vehicles
- Document work using ServiceTitan
