About The Position

The Residential Shift Supervisor assists the Program Director in ensuring program oversight, staff supervision, and day to day operations. This position will also provide support and guidance to the Youth Counselors/ Mentors by being an example of professional leadership within the program. Perform all duties of a CDRC Youth Mentor at an advanced level Model all strength-based services to staff including DBT-Lite and cognitive behavior interventions Assist Program Director in the supervision and oversight of CDRC Youth Mentors and assist with all scheduling issues Assist Program Director in the development of performance goals and annual evaluations for CDRC Youth Mentors Handle communications with outside entities, including medical emergencies, police, parents, staff, etc. during after business and weekend hours Regular and consistent attendance

Requirements

  • Minimum Associate’s Degree (or 60 completed credits) - Required
  • Minimum 1-year experience working with at-risk or court-involved adolescents in a Direct Care setting - Required
  • Must have valid driver’s license to utilize a company provided work vehicle – Required

Nice To Haves

  • Proven experience working in a residential treatment program - Preferred
  • Supervisory and strong interpersonal skills - Preferred
