Summary FS TMR First Full Year of Operation, Full Inventory: 2024 # of Accommodations: 157 rooms (including 62 suites) and 4 large residences Unique Hotel Elements & Bespoke Positioning: Destination – defining luxury Resort and Reserve in a remote location. Indoor event facilities complemented by extensive outdoor catering and event spaces. Food & Beverage: 3 Restaurants currently in operation, In-Villa Dining (IVD), 4th Restaurant project planned for 2026/2027. Pools: 163 pools across the Reserve. Spa & Wellness: 2000 sqm full Spa. Recreation & Lifestyle: All Kids & Teens facilities (indoor and outdoor). 18-hole Golf Course operated by FS TMR. Tennis, Paddle and Pickleball. Residential Component: 4 large residences currently in operation. Total Residential master plan: 24 units. High standard of employee housing managed by Resort. Context: Remote operation, destination-defining luxury Resort and Reserve integrating Hotel, Residential, Golf, Spa, and Nature-based experiences within a highly complex ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Strong and diverse Resort operational background
  • Prior Resort experience a must, and living and working in remote destination preferred
  • Strong Food & Beverage and Gastronomic background is essential
  • Demonstrated hands-on operational approach with strong technical know-how
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in a remote location
  • Fluent in Spanish (mandatory); strong knowledge of Mexico is highly appreciated
  • Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and cost discipline
  • Developed cultural and emotional intelligence to work with a top-tier Mexican ownership structure with high expectations of quality, elegance, and discretion
  • Strong owner relations and stakeholder management skills
  • Exceptional personal presence with staff, guests and all multiple stakeholders
  • Proven ability to adapt knowledge, practice, and leadership style across national and international markets
  • Capacity to position oneself in a visible leadership role, acting as an internal leader and external ambassador within the local community
  • Strong driver of environmental, sustainability, and Reserve-focused initiatives
  • Ability to work closely with local government and institutions in a constructive and long-term partnership model
  • Dynamic and inspiring leader able to mobilize a large and diverse workforce
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with local government, taxi unions, and labor unions in a symbiotic manner

  • Strong understanding of the complexity of a multi-revenue operation combining resort guests, residences, golf, spa, and recreation
