Responsibilities: As a Resource Specialist - S ME , you will provide technical and management leadership for all equipment and information support functions across the Task Order.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Resource Specialist or similar role supporting a DoD customer at the C CMD leve l
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience with BS/BA or 6 years’ experience with MS/MA or 3 years’ experience with PhD. or 12 years' w/o a degree or 10 years' with a AS/AA
- A current, active DoD security clearance at the TS/SCI level

- Must complete DoD-approved IA baseline certification for ADP-III/IT-III based on the IAT level and CE/Operating System (OS) certificate within six months of the assignment.
Responsibilities
- Directs and controls PMO support for resource management, providing expert guidance to Government leadership POCs on enterprise-level resource strategies and site-specific capability projects, including the identification of future resource needs for advanced integration and expansion efforts.
- Establishes long-term resource optimization and allocation goals and plans that identify technical, architectural, and systematic paths for current and future PRD integration activities, planned expansions, and site activations.
- Leads client negotiations and interfaces with senior management on critical resource challenges and solutions for PRDs, ensuring alignment with program goals and fiscal objectives .
- Develops and implements advanced resource management methodologies and tools to support data-driven decision-making for PRD resource deployment and utilization , having overall responsibility for their effectiveness.
- Has overall responsibility for ensuring resource support enables command and mission partners to meet mission readiness and global operational effectiveness for PRD initiatives, influencing overall PMO strategy and implementation.
