ChristianaCare is currently recruiting for a Full Time Registered Respiratory Therapist for day shift to provide service to all areas of the hospital, including adult and infant critical care units, medical-surgical floors and emergency care. This position will provide services to the Respiratory Care Department in the ChristianaCare Wilmington Hospital. There are opportunities to become a member of one of the most involved departments in innovative therapy and research in a respected environment where you are valued as part of the multidisciplinary team. Shift: Night and rotation every 3rd weekend and rotating holidays. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of an Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy or Graduate of CoArc approved School of Respiratory Therapy. Licensure in the State of Delaware required. Greater than 6 months experience preferred.
Requirements
- Minimum of an Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy or Graduate of CoArc approved School of Respiratory Therapy.
- Licensure in the State of Delaware required.
- Maintains Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Credential from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC).
- Maintain Current BLS Certification
- Licensure in the State of Delaware required
Nice To Haves
- Greater than 6 months experience preferred.
- Current AARC Member preferred
