Respiratory Therapist - Full Time
About The Position
The respiratory therapist is responsible for assisting, evaluating, and maintaining quality patient care, from infants to elderly; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members; providing physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families. The respiratory therapist should maintain a positive working relationship with his/her staff as well as Physicians, LIP's and ancillary departments. Will be held accountable to the following Studer Philosophies and Principles: • HCAPS Patient Perception • Hourly Rounding with intention. • Bedside Shift Report. • AIDET. • Daily Huddles. FUNCTIONS Essential and nonessential functions duties as assigned.
