About The Position
A facility located near Redding, CA is seeking a Respiratory Therapy Manager to join their team! Pay: $42.00 - $52.00 / hourly + $25,000 sign on bonus Respiratory Therapy Manager Opportunity: Full-time, direct-hire position Schedule: Monday - Friday, weekends as needed Living in the Community: A welcoming, close-knit community Ideal for lovers of the outdoors, with plenty of kayaking, fishing, and camping opportunities Nestled between the volcanic peaks of Mount Shasta and Mount Lassen Enjoy local culture with Farmer’s Markets, festivals, and fairs Breathtaking scenery and a multitude of recreational activities
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Respiratory Care
- Active and current licensure in the State of California as a Respiratory Care Practitioner
- 1+ years of experience
Responsibilities
- Respiratory Therapy Manager will oversee respiratory care department, ensuring that all staff provide safe, effect and compassionate respiratory care, act professional and courteous to all staff and leading these values by example
- Maintains work, call and holiday schedule in order to maintain coverage as much as possible
