Facilitate food service. Clean tables, carry dirty dishes, replace soiled table linens; replenish supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware and dishes; supply service bar with food, and serve water, butter and coffee to patrons. Cleans up spilled food, drinks and broken dishes, and removes empty bottles and trash. Carries food, dishes, trays, and silverware from kitchens and supplies departments to serving counters. Carries trays from tables and booths with soiled dishes, glassware and silverware to kitchen and dish room. Fills beverage and ice dispensers. Maintains adequate supplies of items such as clean linens, silverware, glassware, dishes, and trays. Replenishes supplies of food and equipment at steam tables and service bars. Scrapes and stacks dirty dishes, and carries dishes and other tableware to kitchens for cleaning. Demonstrates sense of urgency when greeting guests and turning tables. Assists in running food to tables and lounge. Assists with room service orders to guest rooms when needed. Performs other duties as assigned by management. This position has Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) identified as a measurement of success. KPI’s will be shared with all team members who work in this job title and feedback will be provided regarding the successful completion of the KPI’s as part of the performance review process.
