About The Position

Arizona, we’re coming — and we’re just getting started. Luna Grill is expanding throughout Arizona, and we’re looking for a founding District Manager to help build something special from the ground up. Our first restaurant opened in Mesa this past October, with a second location opening this spring, and several more planned across the Valley shortly after. With a strong and growing presence across California and Texas, Luna Grill is bringing its bold Mediterranean flavors and people-first culture to a brand-new market. This is a rare opportunity to step in early, shape the culture, build the leadership bench, and help launch a brand in Arizona. Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years multi-unit District Management experience in the foodservice industry required
  • Minimum 3 years restaurant supervisory/management experience (FOH + BOH) required
  • Must be able to work with an office, restaurant, and outside environment.
  • Must reside within the Riverside/San Bernadino area.
  • Must have a flexible schedule including weekends.
  • Strong P&L, financial analysis, and operational management skills
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines while maintaining composure

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor restaurant General Managers in multiple locations within Maricopa County, ensuring operational excellence
  • Partner with managers to build and execute business plans that drive revenue growth and cost control
  • Conduct regular restaurant visits, coaching and supporting teams in real time
  • Ensure quality, safety, and guest service standards are consistently met
  • Manage financial performance, labor, and inventory, while analyzing trends and reporting to the Regional Director
  • Utilize Luna Grill training tools to develop your teams, including progressive discipline and personal development plans
  • Actively recruit and retain restaurant talent
  • Maintain a calm, tactful demeanor when dealing with difficult situations.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Director to execute company initiatives and strategic goals
