As a Seasonal Food Runner , you’ll be the bridge between our kitchen and guests—delivering fresh flavors and tropical smiles straight to the table. 🌊 Position Summary The Seasonal Food Runner ensures timely, accurate delivery of food from the kitchen to guests while maintaining the signature Margaritaville hospitality experience. You’ll play a key role in keeping service smooth, upbeat, and efficient during our busy season. 🏝️

Requirements

• High energy and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to move quickly and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
• Strong communication skills
• Availability to work flexible seasonal hours (including nights, weekends, and holidays)
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Nice To Haves

• Previous restaurant experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Deliver food quickly and accurately to guest tables
• Ensure plates are properly garnished and presentation-ready
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and service team members
• Assist servers with guest needs and table maintenance
• Keep expo and service areas clean and organized
• Support the team during high-volume shifts with energy and positivity
• Provide friendly, attentive guest interactions with a “no worries” attitude
