Restaurant - General Manager (For Future Greater San Jose area opening)
About The Position
Restaurant General Manager N.CA - East Bay, and South Bay. Pay: $85000 - $110000 based on experience, inclusive of bonus. Total potential annual earnings up to $110000 plus based on performance and a very achievable bonus plan. The General Manager position is responsible for overseeing all of the restaurant’s operations, which includes, but is not limited to, hiring & onboarding, performance management, training and development of Team members, planning, purchasing food and inventory management, supplies & equipment, and interacting with suppliers and vendors, P&L management, and LMS. The General Manager must use excellent professional judgment in carrying out duties and be adept at delivering high level hospitality and culinary practices.
