Position Overview The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all restaurant operations, building and developing high performing teams, maintaining quality standards, and driving revenue and profitability. This leader will also identify and mentor future leaders within the organization.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities

  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Solid knowledge of food, beverage, and service standards
  • Comfortable operating POS systems and restaurant technology
  • Availability to work varied shifts
  • High school diploma required
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of full service restaurant management experience
  • Lift up to 50 pounds
  • Stand and move for extended periods
  • Bend, kneel, reach, and balance regularly
  • Use hands continuously to operate equipment
  • Maintain strong visual awareness including close and distance focus

Responsibilities

  • Hire, train, coach, and evaluate restaurant staff

  • Oversee scheduling, inventory, budgeting, and day to day operations
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

  • Use guest feedback to continuously enhance the dining experience
  • Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
  • Manage cost controls while maintaining quality
  • Drive local marketing, promotions, and sales initiatives
  • Build strong supplier relationships
  • Negotiate pricing to support cost efficiency without sacrificing quality
