Responsibilities

  • Operational Excellence: Ensure every order is perfect, every customer is delighted, and every corner of the restaurant is neat, clean, and organized.
  • Revenue Optimization: Manage staffing, control costs, handle inventory, and maintain high standards of food safety while ensuring the restaurant runs efficiently and profitably.
  • Culture Keeper: Set the tone for the restaurant, creating a vibrant, positive atmosphere where your team thrives and delivers top-notch service every day.

Requirements

  • 2+ years as a Restaurant General Manager with a proven record of success.
  • A high school diploma is preferred, but leadership, passion, and drive are most important.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team.
  • Focus on guest satisfaction and memorable experiences.
  • Results-driven with a focus on driving sales and profitability.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical ability to be on your feet for up to 10 hours without break and lift up to 50 pounds when needed.
