Greet all guests immediately with a warm smile and attend to the guest’s needs for seating. Use the guest’s name during interactions. Follow procedures for accepting reservations and assign tables to servers. Support servers and wait staff by ensuring guest needs are met such as provide water, drinks to tables. Assist in clearing tables and organizing silverware as time allows. Thank guests as they leave and ask about the guest’s experience. Convey any pass on information to the Restaurant Manager. Encourage guests to complete online reviews. Perform other duties as requested by leadership Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
