About The Position
Il Fornaio Cucina Italiana is hiring a knowledgeable, experienced Front of House Manager. Join the famiglia! Il Fornaio provides the most authentic Italian dining experience outside of Italy. Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years upscale dining management and table service experience
- A strong organizational style with a keen eye for food service details
- Full bar with "hands on" specialty cocktail preparation
- CA and Italian wine service knowledge
- A history of achievement in the restaurant and hospitality industry
- A flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
- A positive leadership style.
