Requirements

prior restaurant management experience
demonstrating a proven track record of successfully overseeing restaurant operations, leading teams, and driving sales
A passion for craft beer and a commitment to providing excellent guest experiences are essential.

Responsibilities

Driving sales and ensuring profitability
Ensuring every guest has a food and beverage experience that’s consistent with our standards
Learning about the wonderful world of craft beer
Managing day-to-day restaurant operations
Writing schedules and managing labor
Handling inventory and ordering
Budgeting and forecasting
Coaching and developing staff
Bar Managers get to choose beer for our rotating tap program
