Requirements

  • Progressive hospitality leadership experience.
  • Proven experience in elevated dining, lifestyle hospitality, or upscale restaurant concepts.
  • A leadership style that balances confidence, humility, service, and a deep respect for both guests and team members.
  • Strong coaching, communication, and team-building skills — you know how to empower and inspire people.
  • Excellent financial and operational acumen, with an ability to understand budgets, labor, and revenue drivers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily restaurant operations with a hands-on, people-first approach that reflects both the energy of Caesars Republic and the signature service style of Luna by Giada.
  • Foster a culture of hospitality where every guest feels truly seen, cared for, and welcomed into a one-of-a-kind culinary experience.
  • Recruit, develop, coach, and inspire a high-performing front-of-house team, ensuring they are well-trained, confident, and fully aligned with HCW and Caesars Republic standards.
  • Oversee staff scheduling, labor controls, and floor management to maintain efficiency without compromising service quality.
  • Collaborate closely with the culinary team to ensure seamless communication, menu knowledge, and flawless execution.
  • Maintain impeccable attention to detail in floor presentation, ambiance, guest flow, music, pacing, and overall dining experience.
  • Elevate guest satisfaction by anticipating needs, resolving concerns with grace, and turning service opportunities into memorable moments.
  • Analyze financial performance, manage budgets, and ensure alignment with revenue goals, cost controls, and profitability targets.
  • Uphold safety, sanitation, and compliance standards in accordance with state and local regulations.
  • Support the planning and execution of special events, VIP experiences, and promotional activations aligned with the Caesars Republic brand.
  • Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.
