About The Position

We are seeking passionate and experienced Restaurant Managers to join our team at Tavistock Restaurant Collection in Lake Nona. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and leading our dedicated staff to deliver outstanding service.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including budgeting and financial management.
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Nice To Haves

  • A degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred but not required.
