The Restaurant Server is responsible for menu knowledge, order accuracy, guest satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

Requirements

  • Minimum of one (1) year of previous serving experience in a high-volume or upscale environment preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task under pressure.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Food Handler and Alcohol Service Certifications required (or ability to obtain prior to start).
  • Flexible schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of wine, spirits, and craft beverages preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Present menus, describe daily features, and answer questions about food, beverages, and resort offerings.
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them promptly into the POS system.
  • Deliver food and beverages to guests efficiently and ensure orders are correct.
  • Monitor tables to anticipate and respond to guest needs.
  • Handle guest concerns with professionalism, ensuring a positive resolution.
  • Process payments accurately, following all procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness of assigned sections, service stations, and overall restaurant areas.
  • Assist team members with side duties including restocking, polishing glassware, and setting tables.
  • Follow all sanitation, safety, and resort service standards.
  • Participate in pre-shift meetings, training sessions, and resort events as assigned.
